Shipping Policies

Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, and DHL. Rates are determined by package weight, size, and carrier rates.

Lavender Lime is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout! Lavender Lime is not responsible for packages getting lost due to the wrong address being provided, and unfortunately Lavender Lime cannot issue refunds if this occurs. 

Lavender Lime packages all items with extreme care to ensure no breakage. If something arrives broken, please send an email with a photo and order number to mylavenderlime@gmail.com to determine if a replacement and/or refund is possible.   

If placing an order internationally (from outside of the United States), the customer is responsible for any and all tax and duty fees, including VAT taxes. If you decline acceptance of your package upon arrival because tax and duty fees are too high, there will be no shipping refund given.
